How often to wash?
- General protection – every 2nd month or after each accident
- Allergy prevention – every month or when allergies flare up.
(Helpful tip – Wash and dry before first use to open up the cotton terry loops and maximize softness and absorbency.)
- Washing – Machine wash separately in cool water with a mild detergent (no bleaching agents).
- Drying – Tumble dry on a low or no heat setting with sheets or towels. For allergy sufferers, line dry in direct sunlight to naturally get rid of allergens left in the protector after the wash cycle.
